At PRIME PLUG SA (PTY) LTD, we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number where available.
Shipping Options
PAXI Store-to-Store Delivery

Delivery Fee: R140

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
Your parcel will be delivered to your selected PEP Store for collection. Please bring a valid ID and your collection PIN when collecting your parcel.
PAXI Home Delivery

Delivery Fee: R150

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
Your parcel will be delivered directly to the residential address provided during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

PRIME PLUG SA (PTY) LTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address or contact number is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
